With the kids off school there’s no better chance for quality family time than the month of August. Here are five experiences that both children and parents will enjoy…
Waterparks don’t get any more fun than this! predominantly indoors, Wahoo is 15,000sqm of pure slide and splash excitement. you’re guaranteed a waterfest with thrilling rides and attractions like the Master Blaster, sidewinder, and Matt Racer, alongside a multi-level rain fortress, wave pool, toddler pool and lazy river – there’s something for everyone here, regardless of age. If there’s one thing you can count on for summer in Bahrain, it’s Friday Brunch! There are so many great options to try, all offering variety of food and plenty of entertainment for families. one of our favourite indoor, family-friendly brunches is at lemon Tree in Ramee grand Hotel & spa. As well as live entertainment, kids can keep occupied with activities like face painting, an arts and craft area, a popcorn station and everyone’s favourite purple dino, Barney, will be doing the rounds as well. The food is a delicious mix of the hotel’s four dining outlets including Italian, Indian, Japanese and International – yummy! Friday Brunch at Ramee grand Hotel & spa runs from 12noon to 4pm.

As far as indoor games and rides go, Magic Island at seef Mall is doing things right! This place is a labyrinth of pure fun, featuring numerous rides for both kids and grown ups, a dedicated play area for children and, one of our favourites, action-packed 4D simulator games. There’s the Crazy Raft, the submarine Jet, the side Winder, the spring Ride, bumper cars and so much more. We personally recommend the dark and spooky skeleton Cove journey, or some jumping fun on the trampolines, and even the good ol’ dance machines – every corner of Magic Island delivers an epic adventure for the entire family.
