Great news for art enthusiasts in Bahrain: The 52nd Bahrain Annual Fine Arts Exhibition has been extended to May 31!

The incredible exhibition is being held at the Bahrain National Museum and brings together 75 visual artists presenting diverse artistic experiences and varied visual approaches, reflecting a wide range of perspectives and styles across different forms of visual expression.

Visitors can explore the thoughtfully curated exhibition at leisure – a great way to spend an afternoon! Discover the works of talented artists including paintings, sculptures and other works covering several mediums.

Curator Bader Al Saad oversaw the overall artistic coordination of the exhibition. He will conduct a 90-minute curator tour, on May 3 starting at 10.30am, during which he will offer insight into the artworks, the artists and the stories behind the exhibition.

The exhibition represents a dynamic platform showcasing leading, contemporary, and emerging visual practices under the umbrella of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA).

Since its launch in 1972, the Bahrain Annual Fine Arts Exhibition has been a distinguished annual highlight on BACA’s calendar, highlighting the various forms of visual and fine arts in the Kingdom.

The Bahrain National Museum is currently open from 9am to 6pm and is closed on Tuesdays.
