INFINITI, the luxury vehicle division of Japanese automaker Nissan, have announced the launch of the refined 2023 INFINITI QX80 for the Middle East market.

The latest INFINITI QX80 is available in three grade levels – Sensory, ProActive and Black Edition – each of which comes with standard INFINITI All-Mode Four-Wheel Drive.

The 2023 QX80 seamlessly blends aesthetics and functionality. The vehicle’s appearance is angular, athletic and bold. Drawing on INFINITI’s Japanese heritage, the QX80’s signature double arch grille is inspired by the intricate folds of traditional origami. Subtle chrome detailing throughout the exterior, on window holdings and door handles helps enhance the overall appearance.

The interior maintains its impressive spaciousness and comfort with three rows of seats – seating for seven is standard or eight with an optional second-row bench seat. The second-row captain’s chairs conveniently tip up for access to the third row. Additionally, a standard power liftgate simplifies access to the cargo area. The QX80 offers a generous 470 litres of storage space with all three rows upright.

High-quality details make the interior a luxurious space. The QX80 Sensory treats occupants to Napa leather appointments for all three rows, while the QX80 ProActive has quilted, semianiline leather appointments. A variety of attractive trim options, including available Charcoal Burl, further enhance the cabin’s appearance.

The model’s standard INFINITI InTouch touchscreen infotainment system has a 12.3-inch display and features navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and USB-based Android Auto capability.

Additionally, the QX80 in the Sensory grade features a Bose 13-speaker Premium Sound System with two subwoofers that provide an immersive experience. While the ProActive and Black Edition boast a 17-speaker Bose system.

At the heart of the model is a standard direct-injection 5.6-litre V8 engine, rated for 400hp and 560Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission that delivers a more engaging driving experience, thanks to Downshift Rev Matching.

Every QX80 features a vast suite of active safety technology, including forward emergency braking with pedestrian detection, rear automatic braking, blind spot warning, lane departure warning and high beam assist. Driver-assistance technology includes Around View Monitor with moving object detection for confidence in low-speed manoeuvring, intelligent cruise control to ease highway driving and a smart rear-view mirror that helps provide a less obstructed view behind the vehicle.
