In the mood for some delicious Asian fare? Head to the Hilton Bahrain which has announced the launch of its new Pan Asian Night, a weekly celebration of the diverse and delicious flavours of Asia.

The Pan Asian Night features a wide-ranging buffet showcasing the finest culinary specialities from across the Asian continent, every Wednesday from 7pm to 10pm.

“We are thrilled to introduce this new culinary experience to our guests,” said Kevin Rowe, Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager at Hilton Bahrain.

“Pan Asian cuisine is incredibly diverse, with influences from China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Mongolia, India, and beyond. Our Pan Asian Night allows diners to embark on a flavourful journey through the breadth of Asian gastronomy, where authenticity is a top priority.”

Rowe continued: “Our culinary team has meticulously crafted the Pan Asian Night menu to ensure that each dish offers an authentic representation of traditional Asian flavours.

“From the fragrant spices in our curries to the delicate balance of sweet, sour, and umami in our noodle dishes, we have gone to great lengths to capture the essence of time-honoured recipes and cooking techniques.”

The Pan Asian Night buffet will offer an array of beloved dishes and delicacies from across the region, allowing guests to savour the authentic flavours of traditional Asian cuisine. Guests can indulge in aromatic curries, tasty noodle dishes, sizzling stir-fries, and an impressive selection of vegetarian and vegan options.

The centrepiece of the buffet will be the Peking Duck carving station, where chefs will skilfully slice and serve the iconic Chinese delicacy.

Hilton Bahrain recently invited members of the local media to a creative event where they were asked to guess the country of origin for some of the featured Pan Asian dishes.

This innovative approach allowed the hotel to showcase the culinary diversity of the Asian continent and build anticipation for the new weekly event.

The Pan Asian Night at the Hilton Bahrain is the latest addition to the hotel’s robust culinary offerings, which include a range of international dining experiences.
