Kooheji Contractors Company has been appointed by Eagle Hills Diyar – the real estate giant that has developed Marassi Al Bahrain – to complete the construction for Palace Residences Marassi Al Bahrain and Marassi Views.

Eagle Hills Diyar’s contract with Kooheji Contractors – who have more than 50 years of expertise in civil engineering, construction and design – is worth USD88 million for the USD147 million, premium beachfront development.

The partnership will see Kooheji Contractors undertake the Marassi Views project, which will feature 192 residential units and is scheduled for launch in the first half of 2025.

Additionally, Kooheji Contractors will handle the development of Palace Residences Marassi Al Bahrain, launched in August this year. The 10-story complex comprises 172 serviced apartments strategically located just 10 minutes from Bahrain International Airport and near Marassi Galleria, Bahrain’s premier beachfront shopping destination.

Spanning 180,000sq/m, the complex offers a commercial centre, exclusive resident services, a scenic waterfront and a spacious promenade, ensuring a fully integrated residential experience with high-quality amenities, furnishings and infrastructure.
