What’s on the smartphone agenda for March?

Fabulous

Habits play a significant role in multiple aspects of our lives. Our day-to-day habits set a pattern and shape our lives far more than we realise. This is where Fabulous steps in!

Incubated in Duke University’s Behavioural Economics Lab, Fabulous is a daily planner and self-care coaching app that harnesses the wisdom of behavioural science to help users develop lasting healthy habits through meaningful daily rituals.

In the app, users can choose a themed course, called a Journey, which then serves as the underlying framework for them to learn how to build these new habits and guides them towards achieving their goals.

The sessions feature a large collection of workouts, coaching, guided meditations and more. The app has a dynamic and impressive visual design with an easy-to-navigate interface making it appealing to use.

Premium users can unlock more comprehensive Journeys and also personal one-on-one coaching for better motivation and focus.

WhattaWatch

Ever found yourself overwhelmed with options on your streaming service of choice?

WhattaWatch is all too familiar with this predicament and endeavours to help ease our indecisiveness by providing interesting suggestions for us to check out.

The app lets users select their streaming service and the genre of the movie or series they would prefer. It then takes into account the time frame of the user’s choice, which could be something new or old, and, with the click of a button, provides a relevant recommendation immediately.

The recommendation page comes with a synopsis of the suggested movie or series and a link for the trailer and, if that doesn’t appeal to users, they can cycle through other suggestions within the previously selected parameters and find their perfect pick.
