The MOU was signed by Ryan Dayaday, Director of HR at Hilton Bahrain, and Dr. Sheikha Rania Bint Ali Al Khalifa, President and Director of Alia School.
The partnership will see Hilton Bahrain and Alia School working closely to develop initiatives that will provide students with valuable real-world experience, including: internship programmes that allow students to gain hands-on training within Hilton Bahrain’s various departments; customised training workshops and opportunities for children with special needs and joint community service projects that engage students in giving back to the local Bahraini community.
“At Hilton Bahrain, we are deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of hospitality leaders,” said Ryan.
“This partnership with Alia School aligns perfectly with our mission to provide young people with the resources and support they need to develop rewarding careers. We look forward to working closely with the Alia School community to create impactful experiences that will empower students and strengthen our local ties.”
Dr. Sheikha Rania Bint Ali Al Khalifa expressed her gratitude to Hilton Bahrain for their initiative in this collaboration which aims to support students in gaining professional and life skills in the field of work and their careers.
