Cool To Be Kind

Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain has pledged help for the local community through its Kilo of Kindness initiative.
Now in its ninth year, the Kilo of Kindness initiative, from Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts worldwide, invites guests, Heartists, as the hotel’s teams are known, and local communities to contribute food, clothing and educational supplies, which will be distributed to local charity partners.
Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain has partnered with the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), an organisation dedicated to people in need, which will focus on ensuring donations directly benefit those who need it most in the local community.
“At Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain, we believe that true hospitality extends beyond our doors and into the heart of the community,” said Benoit-Joseph Metnaomski, the hotel’s general manager. “We are proud to partner with the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) who are committed to people in need. Through the Kilo of Kindness campaign, we are not only providing much-needed resources but also fostering a spirit of togetherness and compassion that aligns with our core values.”
How to get involved:
- Gather items for donation, such as non-perishable food items, second-hand clothing, school supplies, toys, linen, books, sports equipment and working electrical equipment.
- Bring your donations to Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain until November 15.
- Drop your donations in the designated area of the lobby – one of the friendly Heartists will be delighted to point you in the right direction.
