MG Motor Bahrain celebrated Muharraq Club’s impressive basketball season and reaffirmed its ongoing support for sport in the Kingdom.

Zayani Motors – MG Motor Bahrain, the exclusive distributor of MG in the Kingdom and the official sponsor of Muharraq Club’s basketball team, recently hosted a special ceremony to honour the club for a standout 2024-2025 season. The event, held at the dealership’s Ma’ameer showroom, celebrated the team’s triumph in winning the 2025 Zain Basketball League title and Khalifa Bin Salman Basketball Cup.

The event brought together key figures, including Shaikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Basketball Division at Muharraq Club, along with board members, coaching and administrative staff and first-team players. Representing Zayani Motors were Managing Director, Rashid Zayed Alzayani, and Assistant General Manager, Mohammed Al Murbati. Media representatives and local sports fans were also present.

The celebration highlighted the strategic partnership between Zayani Motors – MG Motor Bahrain and Muharraq Club, recognising the team’s remarkable achievement and consistent efforts throughout the season.

Rashid Zayed Alzayani praised the team’s strong performance and fighting spirit, which played a key role in clinching the title.
