The eagerly awaited Fact Dining Awards 2021 gala event returned with a bang in a lavish outdoor ceremony at which guests enjoyed their first proper face-to-face celebration since the start of the pandemic. And, boy, was it fun! After months of meticulous planning and with the help of our generous partners:

The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence and Spa, Euro Motors and BMW Bahrain, Ahlan app, BMMI, Annoris Events, Floward, Terapy, Bath & Body Works and HSP Marketing the awards were handed out to our excited winners, who represented the best of the best from the island’s unique dining scene.

Two winners were chosen in each category – the Favourites, which were picked by public vote, and the Best, as decided by a panel of industry experts and anonymous judges.

This year there were 96 winners, across 48 categories, ranging from steakhouse and seafood to regional cuisines and lounges, plus new categories such as Green & Clean, as well as the Overall Best Restaurant, taken by CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, and Overall Favourite Restaurant, won by Cantina Kahlo, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain.

There were more than 425 entries and 61,000-plus unique online votes cast by the public, with winners receiving the coveted Fact Dining Awards 2021 plaques.

FACT Magazines publisher, Rami Khalil, said: “It was so good to be back, safely outdoors, with the kind of longawaited awards party that our guests always look forward to and expect from us. A great collection of the crème de la crème of society, leaders in the F&B and hospitality sectors as well as our long-term partners came together to celebrate on the night and enjoyed great vibes.
