Škoda announces the new Škoda Scala and Kamiq for the Middle East region.

Officially unveiled by Škoda Middle East, the upgraded Scala and Kamiq combine dynamic designs, advanced technology and enhanced safety features tailored to satisfy the preferences of regional car buyers.

With a focus on sleek aesthetics and practicality, these upgraded models promise to elevate the driving experience for urban and long-distance journeys alike.

The new Škoda Kamiq, a versatile crossover, boasts a bold exterior that combines rugged SUV characteristics with a compact size ideal for city driving. Enhanced with advanced connectivity and impressive fuel efficiency, the model is well-equipped to tackle both bustling streets and expansive highways.

The Škoda Scala, inspired by the Vision RS concept, presents a sporty hatchback design that features a revised grille and bumper. Despite its compact platform, the Scala prioritises space, offering ample room for both passengers and luggage, reflecting the quality found in Škoda’s higher-end models.

Both vehicles come equipped with standard LED headlights and taillights, with the option to upgrade to TOP LED Matrix headlights, which enhance visibility at night and prevent glare for oncoming drivers. Notably, the Scala and Kamiq both feature an innovative hands-free electric boot, activated by a simple foot wave under the rear bumper. The Kamiq also offers an optional panoramic sunroof, further enhancing its spacious feel.

Performance is a highlight, as both models are powered by a 1.0 TSI engine delivering 114hp (85kW), achieving fuel efficiency of 5.5l/100km, suitable for the diverse driving conditions of the Middle East. The addition of new alloy wheels and a choice of nine paint finishes allows for further personalisation. ✤
