The all-new Tiguan hits the roads of Bahrain, boasting advanced technology with a charismatic design.

Volkswagen Bahrain has introduced the third-generation Tiguan, bringing advanced technology and a fresh design to one of the brand’s iconic bestsellers. Since its launch in 2007, the Tiguan has sold over 7.6 million units worldwide, and this latest version arrives with significant upgrades in design, technology and comfort.

Felix Miranda, Volkswagen Bahrain General Manager, highlighted the Tiguan’s success in the local market, calling it the ideal versatile SUV, offering customers ample space for an active lifestyle.

Now available at the dealership, the all-new Tiguan features a 1.4L TSI engine and a 2.0L TSI engine option. Built on Volkswagen’s latest Modular Transverse Matrix (MQB evo) platform, the model integrates advanced high-tech features, such as the Digital Cockpit Pro, a user-friendly infotainment system and the latest Park Assist system, which automates parking manoeuvres. The optional Adaptive Chassis Control Pro enhances both comfort and handling, while the IQ.LIGHT HD matrix headlights, inspired by the premium-class Touareg, improve visibility and safety.

Inside, the redesigned cockpit features a 15-inch infotainment screen, a new head-up display and a new touch control dial in the centre console that allows drivers to personalise ambient lighting, drive modes and entertainment settings. Premium materials and ergonomic seating, including an optional pneumatic massage function for the front seats, further elevate the driving experience. Externally, the Tiguan also features flat LED headlights, an illuminated strip and a redesigned grille and bumper, with three new colours: Cypress Green, Oyster Silver and Persimmon Red. ✤
