JBL has launched its latest True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds boasting convenience and top acoustic performance.

At the heart of the second-generation JBL Tour Pro 3 is the newly redesigned Smart Charging Case. A major step up from traditional charging cases, this innovation not only keeps the earbuds powered but also acts as a wireless audio transmitter that enables ‘Everywhere Entertainment’ through which, by simply plugging the case into a USB or analogue source, users can get instantly connected to their earbuds (for example, for use with the inflight entertainment system on a plane).

This direct connection feature offers lower latency and more stable audio than traditional Bluetooth connections, making it perfect for gaming, calls, movies and music.

The case now also sports a 30% larger screen, providing seamless control over music playback, call management, media file information, caller ID and more without users needing to access their phone.

Additionally, the Smart Charging Case features Auracast functionality (designed to transmit audio content wirelessly), allowing users to easily share audio files with any Auracast-enabled device.

The brand steps up its sound performance game with the JBL Spatial 360 and Head Tracking technology. These features transform users’ stereo sound into a fully immersive, 360° experience and also make sounds appear to stay fixed in space, no matter users’ head movements.

Using a new proprietary JBL Crystal AI call algorithm, the Tour Pro 3 also ensures clear and undistorted voice transmission during phone calls, thanks to its six microphones and a hydrodynamic windproof design. ✤
