Running throughout January, diners will experience a savoury cheese fondue featuring a selection of artisanal cheeses melted to perfection. There’s a variety of options, such as Swiss Gruyère, French Comté, Italian Fontina and more, accompanied by an assortment of freshly baked bread, roasted vegetables and cured meats for dipping.

The winter wonderland theme continues with a luxurious Seafood Fondue offering a medley of fresh oceanic fare, such as lobster, shrimp, scallops and salmon, cooked in a tasty broth or melted butter. An array of dipping sauces and garnishes will be ready to enhance the flavours.

For that perfect ending, the decadent chocolate fondue station will be ready to indulge those with a sweet tooth. A selection of high-quality chocolates with dark, milk and white varieties and an array of dipping options such as fresh fruits, marshmallows, pretzels and pound cake will allow guests to create their own delightful combinations.

This fabulous brunch will further be elevated with perfectly matched beverage pairings to complement the fondue flavours. Speciality mocktails and concoctions will also be available.
