Don’t miss this upcoming music event, which features a line-up of DJs from Romania, the USA, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain, all under one roof.
DISORDER is ‘amplifying’ the electronic music scene in Bahrain and is set to organise its next event, which will be held indoors at Choices, The Art Hotel & Resort over in Amwaj. It will run on September 9 from 6pm onwards and an exciting line-up of regional and international DJs will entertain and have you grooving the night away. On the decks will be NTFO from Romania, CHKLTE from the USA, Vinyl Mode from Saudi Arabia, Saif and Sound from Oman and Ahmed Zainal from Bahrain. Expect the best sound system on the island, visuals, chill zone and dance floor, and delicious finger food and refreshing drinks.
NTFO is a DJ and production duo. After a few years of spinning the decks in clubs here and there, they decided to produce their own unique sound – deep-tech minimalist. They’ve established themselves as key names in the realm of minimal and deep house since making their production debut back in early 2008. As gifted on the decks as he is in the studio, CHKLTE approaches music with a delicateness that defies his towering stature. With vibrant, seductive blooms and deep, syrupy booms, his subtleties climb into the ear like tendrils.
Muhanned, also known as Vinyl Mode, has been an established DJ on the Jeddah underground scene since 2005, playing house and deep energetic sounds and making the top private underground events in his city.
Saif Al Bahlani, who goes by Saif and Sound, is an unorthodox Omani artist who induces music through the spectrum of rhythm and percussion. He loves to organise heterogeneous sounds together to channel a deep understanding of the groove, different moods and sophisticated storytelling.
A Bahraini techno, house and electronica producer, DJ and live act, Ahmed Zainal’s productions, DJ sets and live performances roam in the spectrum between minimal, funky bassline deep house and dark, pounding techno grooves, with various transits around urban and left-field electronica.
Presale tickets are priced BD15, it’s BD20 on the door from 6pm to 9pm and BD25 after 9pm. ✤
