With a career spanning two decades in the automotive sector, the Brand Manager of Maserati Bahrain at Euro Motors, Mohammed Al Muhanna, specialises in luxury and premium cars. He shares his passion for the brand, its distinctive edge in the market and his favourite Maserati model.  

What does Maserati represent to you on a personal level, and how does that influence the way you approach your role as Brand Manager?
To me, Maserati represents the perfect balance between performance and elegance – an emotional brand that goes beyond mobility to deliver a true lifestyle experience. It embodies heritage, craftsmanship and individuality. On a personal level, this inspires me to approach my role with a strong focus on preserving the brand’s DNA while making it relevant to our market.
Every decision – whether commercial, experiential or strategic – is guided by one principle: ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the sophistication and passion that Maserati stands for.

With its recent launch at The Avenues – Bahrain, what sets the Maserati Showroom and Service Clinic apart in terms of design, customer experience and after-sales services?
Our new facility at The Avenues is designed to deliver a seamless and immersive luxury journey. From the architectural layout to the smallest design details, the showroom reflects Maserati’s Italian identity – minimalistic yet refined
What truly sets us apart is the integration between sales and after-sales within one premium environment. Beyond that, the location itself was strategically selected to enhance the ownership experience. Clients can make the most of their time by enjoying shopping and leisure activities at The Avenues while their vehicles are being serviced.
Additionally, the destination appeal of Bahrain allows us to extend this experience to Maserati owners from the Eastern Province, offering them the convenience of servicing their vehicles while enjoying a premium lifestyle visit. It transforms a routine service appointment into a more rewarding and enjoyable experience.

In a market filled with strong competitors, what do you believe gives Maserati its distinct edge in Bahrain?
Maserati’s edge lies in its uniqueness. Unlike mass luxury brands, Maserati offers exclusivity combined with a rich racing heritage and unmistakable design language. In Bahrain, where customers are highly discerning, this individuality resonates strongly.

I would choose the Maserati MCPura. It represents the future of Maserati while staying true to its racing roots. The MCPura is a statement of innovation, with its advanced engineering and striking design, yet it retains the soul and emotion that define the brand. It’s a perfect example of how Maserati continues to evolve without losing its identity.

When you’re not thinking about cars, what’s your go-to way to unwind and recharge?
Basketball has always been more than just a sport to me – it’s a mindset. As a former player, stepping back onto the court still gives me a sense of clarity, focus and renewed energy. It reminds me of the value of discipline, teamwork and pushing beyond limits – principles that I carry into my professional life every day. Beyond that, I find inspiration in spending meaningful time with family and close friends. These moments help me stay grounded and provide the balance needed to continuously grow, both personally and professionally.
