Yasalam’s After-Race Concerts will bring together rock, pop, dance and hip-hop with a quartet of the industry’ s biggest names taking to the stage at du Arena, Yas Island during the 2017 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

After-Race Concerts brought to you by du Live! are sure to send the energy in the Capital soaring from November 23 to 26. Electrifying performances from four of the world’s biggest names in music are set to thrill F1 crowds after a day of track excitement. This year fans are offered even closer access to the on-stage action via the Golden Circle Upgrade, which is available for purchase for the first time, providing race-goers with the best access to the concerts.

The Village
Upon arrival, music lovers will be treated to an outstanding array of activities within the Village area of the du Arena. You will also have a chance to hear local and regional artists play live on stage, along with the one of the first-ever live performances from the winner of this year’s Emerging Talent Competition. Grab a bite at one of the eclectic food trucks or simply relax and enjoy the night air in the largest open-air concert venue in the region.


Calvin Harris

Internationally-renowned DJ Calvin Harris will kick off four days of celebrations! The Grammy award-winning record producer and songwriter is the figurehead for modern dance music, having broken world records and dominated global music charts. He became the first British solo artist to reach more than one billion streams on Spotify and currently has over five billion streams across all major streaming services and 11 consecutive platinum singles.


Kendrick Lamar

The “Humble” hit maker and hip-hop legend, has received a number of accolades over the course of his career, including seven Grammy Awards. He embarked on his musical journey as a teenager under the stage name K-Dot, and quickly gained recognition in 2010 following the release of ‘Overly Dedicated’. Lamar is playing in Abu Dhabi as part of his global ‘DAMN’ tour, following the release of his critically acclaimed fourth album of the same name. With a debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 – the album marks his third time at the top spot – having sold north of 2.3 million album units to date and amassed over 400 million streams, it features 14 tracks observing the complexities of today’s culture.

Mumford & Sons

The UK-based alternative rock band will put on an amazing show, having mastered the art of entertaining large crowds while headlining at Glastonbury Festival and playing to 65,000 people at Hyde Park. The group will get the crowd going with old favourites such as ‘Believe’, ‘The Wolf’, ‘The Cave’, ‘I Will Wait’ and ‘Little Lion Man’. Their three previous studio albums took the UK and US charts by storm, and Mumford & Sons have garnered a raft of major music awards throughout their career, including Best British Band at the Brit Awards, and a coveted Grammy Award for Album of the Year.


Topping off the party is P!NK, regarded as one of the bestselling female pop icons is lined up to close off the race weekend. Redefining the title ‘rockstar’, P!NK has remained a household name of floor-bouncing pop and chart-rocking singles, including “Get the Party Started”, “So What” and “Try”. Since her debut in 2000, the 37-year-old singer has set a new standard in the industry with seven smash records and 15 singles in the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. Especially known for her live theatrics and mesmerizing stage presence, After-Race audiences are set for a concert experience unlike any other.
