The Lenovo Legion Go S is due for release next month and those in the know say it’s the gaming handheld all you gamers have been waiting for.
With the tagline ‘All games. All places. All Yours’ there’s certainly a lot of hype, partly because it’s the first third-party handheld that runs on SteamOS – the same operating system that has made the Steam Deck one of the best handheld gaming consoles.
Users will be able to shred on the best games with exclusive AMD Ryzen Z2 Go, see the whole battlefield on an eight-inch WUXGA Lenovo PureSight display and play with precision with Legion TrueStrike controllers and adjustable trigger switches. There’s even a model that runs on Microsoft’s OS.
A unibody design without detachable controllers means a smaller size that makes this handheld easier to hold and more travel friendly and it has a whole host of features, such as a new D-Pad and trigger locks which are great for fighting games.
We can’t wait to get our hands on one. ✤
