Richard Alcayde of Top Chef España fame is set to cook up a storm at Salero, The Westin City Centre Bahrain.
In celebration of Spain National Day, Salero at The Westin City Centre Bahrain is bringing Richard Alcayde, winner of Top Chef Espana final on its fourth edition on Antena 3 TV. A six-course set menu dinner will be served on October 13 and 14 from 7pm to 11pm, and Spanish National Day Brunch on October 15 from 1pm to 5pm. The offers are priced starting at BD30 net per person. Limited spaces are available.
Richard Alcayde was born in Barcelona but grew up in Malaga. He began his culinary journey at the tender age of 13, at Mar de Alboran, a private school, under the tutelage of Chef Pedro Olmedo. He is currently the co-owner of La Kocina Gastrolab, a cooking school based in Spain. Besides teaching, he collaborates with different culinary brands in Spain for cooking shows and gastronomic events. Over the last seven years, he has managed the gastronomic operations for Europe’s most important music festival, which lasts almost 90 days and features more than 80 artists including Alejandro Sanz, Jennifer Lopez and Andrea Bocelli. Chef Richard has also prepared delicious dishes for many celebrities throughout the summer.
