Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers which recently opened in the capital has announced the opening of Sole. This innovative new Italian restaurant will be joining the impressive selection of dining options at the renowned hotel.
Sole is set to offer a contemporary take on Italian cuisine, without taking itself too seriously. Diners can choose from either indoor or al fresco seating options and enjoy the restaurant’s relaxed atmosphere.
What Sole does take exceptionally seriously is the sourcing of the finest ingredients to create delectable Italian dishes. The restaurant’s fun-loving nature can be sensed through a range of signature dishes including, We’ve Twisted A Classic, comprising of double dough ravioli, spinach, homemade ricotta, butter-poached red Mazzara prawns and artichoke crisps, The Poor Marriage which includes pasta potato, veal pancetta, smoked provola, 24 months Reggiano cheese and black truffle, and What A Catch, a combination of poached sea bass, roasted garlic, fresh tomato broth and charred lemon.
To complete the dining experience, diners can opt for Sole’s signature dessert, Trust Me, I’m from Napoli. The dessert is made from “the real deal baba”, silky Italian cream, berries, and some undeniable bling!
