A new culinary concept on Saadiyat Island that’s bound to excite Abu Dhabi diners.
“Preparing homemade pastries and desserts is a passion for me that reminds me of my sweet childhood. I am extremely happy I have the opportunity to introduce this homemade concept of pastries and desserts to the residents of Abu Dhabi” – Head Pastry Chef Hamza Ghazi Al Durdangi.
The culinary team at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort has curated a mesmerising menu that brings together the best dishes from three of their bespoke signature venues.
The Signature 3 combines the modern Greek cuisine inspired by MAZI restaurant, the flavoursome South East Asian dishes of Sontaya and the creative recipes of the Pacific Rim region from Buddha-Bar Beach. Guests and visitors can embark on a journey around the world that is full of flavour and have the opportunity to experience it all in one place.
Located at the lobby level, The Signature 3 is open daily from midday until late evening and extends over three distinctive areas ideal for dining, lounging and relaxation. Respecting guests need for privacy, the sophisticated venue has been revamped and provides both indoor and outdoor dining, offering the panoramic views of the Saadiyat Island Beach and the resort.
In other news from the luxury property, The Drawing Room is now presenting a corner of homemade French and freshly baked pastries, desserts and speciality hot and cold coffees.
