Market Kitchen at Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi – Chromatic Menu:

Market Kitchen’s Chef Jhon has crafted a vibrant concept with ingredients inspired by the colours of the UAE flag. Bringing together the beauty of the UAE to both plates and palates, the initiative showcases a “Flag to food” creation with farm-fresh ingredients. Start with pomegranate tuna ceviche followed by a crisp tabbouleh salad neatly designed in the shape of the Palm Jumeirah. The Retreat at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort and Spa – Weekend BBQ:

Venture out to The Retreat for a BBQ on the terrace, which will be available throughout the long weekend. Relax on the terrace and enjoy a traditional yet informal bar atmosphere while dining on succulent meats and seafood. The BBQ is set to feature tender meats and seafood favourites that are grilled to perfection, along with all of the expected sides, sauces and condiments you can imagine. Andaz The Palm Dubai – Art Exhibition:

Andaz Dubai The Palm celebrates its first UAE National Day by showcasing stunning paintings by UAE-based artists such as Ghia Haddad, Jivan Hovhannisyan, Detsy Hallock and Shyamala Venkatesh. Over 15 artworks mirroring different views of the people and culture of Dubai and the UAE can be viewed in the lobby and the gallery exhibit can be found at the Dome Studio on the five-star hotel’s third floor. The exhibition has been curated in partnership with artezaar.com, an online art website founded by two women who grew up in the UAE. Leena Kewlani and Teena Thawani are both self-taught artists, with a mission to make art accessible to all. Argentina Grill – UAE Flag Cookies and Mocktail:

To celebrate the 49th UAE National Day, Argentina Grill is giving away complimentary UAE flag cookies to every guest that orders a main course and will also be serving a special UAE flag, coloured mocktail for AED 49. Celebrate the UAE’s 49th National Day at Il Passaggio with a special dish made for the day. With sweeping views across Palm Bay and the Atlantis, the Mediterranean-inspired restaurant will be serving up a pizza using tangy black olives, fresh Mozzarella, green arugula and half-cut tomatoes.
