I used to stay in this Resort before when it was Al Areen resort and after Raffels, I have not seen any development really or deferent in services. It is exactly the same. some furniture was changed but not big deal. The Price was over, they also starts counting by kids and not by Villa only. We have been charged more due to that however the extra bed was given to us exactly at 12 midnight after my daughter slept on sofa whihc was no problem for us at from the beginning. We were gifted birthday cake and was very tasty. The prices and services have to be reviewed if price will stay like this hight. In Dubai or Doha, we used to have our check in process in our suits, and have buttler checking with us between time to time. Good luck and hope to have surprise offer to be back soon. Excellent service and hospitality definitely coming back. The staff are great and very professional. Villas are very well designed and spacious. Live BBQ in the villa and Spa services also great and enjoyable. Had a marvellous time hope to be back soon.

The checking was very long. They charged us extra for a daughter. The furniture was only changed however the services remain the same since it was Al -Areen Resort before Raffles however the price was doubled. The extra bed was delivered to our Villa after 12 midnight which is useless because the daughter was slept on the sofa
