I have writing the comment about staff I have never visited this hotel I am also a hotelier working in hospitality industry one of staff name ARINDAM ROY I don't know if he is working here in front office department or other department but when I had a conversation he told me front office department He has done financial fraud with me by giving assurance that he will help me in getting a visa and then job in this hotel which is comes raffles brand and he contacted me on LinkedIn and then given his WhatsApp number after this he blocked my contact number and now he is not responding I am requesting the human resources department and the general manager of this hotel to not continue this type of staff to do his job who has done a fraud earlier may be in future he can do again and down the image of accor brand as well by convincing other people for giving assurance as like me i have a proof of payment and screenshot of payment I can share the screenshot of needed he told me to give money online and then he will apply for gamca medical later on you will get the visa But after waiting for 1.5 months no update and after checking my WhatsApp I found he blocked my number blocked from linkedin also He blocked from everywhere that's why I came here and Write my notes I hope my voice will reach till the concerned person of this property and management will take a strict step against him thanks Faraz Siddiqui

This place is beautiful and the staff here were amazing from the welcoming ppl at the door to the very helpful reciption and i would like to thank jaffar the butler who got us in the room and anirban for being our butler for the rest of the night and organizing the amazing romantic bbq dinner we had in the villa and i want to thank ella and the other girl i forgot her name for giving us the best messages of our lifes and preparing a bath after it and would like to thank bakery chef for the amazing cake And above all that i would like to thank mukesh sharma he helped me book my stay and organize the birthday with me and everything was on point and what i wanted. Over all this place exceeded my expectations and i loved every minute of it and definitely gonna come back .

My colleagues and I enjoyed an extraordinary Iftar at Palma Restaurant. Our arrival was greeted by Salman who graciously opened the doors for our car, handled valet parking, and guided us to the restaurant. Hostesses then showed us to our table beside the pool. The ambiance was cozy and intimate, setting the perfect tone for our evening. Watching the staff set up our table felt like witnessing a live art show unfold before our eyes, with each dish presented as a work of culinary art. Thanks to Divina for her exceptional care and Chef Heron for her delectable crepes that left us craving for more. After Iftar, we were greeted by Hope in the lobby, who was incredibly sweet while showing us the desserts at Ykon Cafe. Special mention must be given to Rafiq for his top-notch valet service. Overall, the entire experience left us looking forward to our next visit!
