HUAWEI, already known for their impressive array of technological offerings, continue to break conventional norms with their latest smartphone. This month, Fact got to try out HUAWEI’s new P50 Pocket, a novel experience we had to share with you, our readers.

Unlike the vast majority of smartphones, the P50 Pocket boasts a bold, all-new hinge design, making it look like a work of art rather than a mobile phone. This nifty gadget, available in both White and Premium Gold, folds seamlessly with ultra-high-strength steel in the hinges to ensure durability. This feature, along with the thin and lightweight design, allowed us to comfortably carry it in our pockets and small handbags.

The 6.9-inch display is of exceptionally good quality, thanks to its cinematic aspect ratio as well as its pixel density of 442ppi. Powered by EMUI 12, an 8GB RAM, a 256GB ROM, an improved HUAWEI XD Fusion Pro image engine, and an Ultra Spectrum Image Technology, this device simply beats all.

Thanks to the Super Device features of the P50 Pocket, the types of compatible devices include HUAWEI Vision, FreeBuds, MatePad and MateBook. The Distributed File System means the smartphone can function as wirelessly connected external storage for your PC.

The camera’s True-Chroma Image Engine, HUAWEI XD Optics and other advanced camera technologies, ensure crystal clear pictures with high detail. The folding design of this gadget allows users to take full advantage of the rear camera selfie feature. In this way, the best portraits are captured through the flawless retaining of skin textures.
