Euro Motors achieves double victory at BMW Group Middle East Importer Awards.

Euro Motors, the official importer of BMW Group vehicles in Bahrain, recently won two accolades – the BMW Customer Service Champions 2023 and the BMW Sales Champions 2023.

Euro Motors triumphed among several regional importers to cement their track record in the Middle East automotive industry. They took immense pride in the BMW Customer Service Champions award, which specifically recognised the exceptional teamwork across all departments.

The award was given taking into consideration Euro Motors’ well-organised and popular test drives, seamless handover experience post-purchase, outstanding NPS (Net Promoter Score) numbers reflecting customer satisfaction levels and the efficiency and reliability demonstrated by the importer’s Parts department. “Our legendary test drives are meticulously designed to not just showcase the vehicle’s capabilities but to immerse our customers in the luxury, comfort and performance that BMW stands for,” said Rashid Zayed Alzayani, Managing Director of Euro Motors.
