Gyuto mark one year of offering diners an exquisite experience at their outlet in Al Liwan.

Nestled in Hamala, Gyuto is a premier contemporary Japanese restaurant that has captivated the hearts and palates of Bahrain’s discerning diners since its inauguration in July last year. As part of their first anniversary celebrations, they are offering a special seven-course Omakase menu (a meal consisting of dishes selected by the chef), featuring wontons, Chilean seabass and more. The offer is applicable on dine-in and home delivery and runs until August 16. Building on the success of its sister restaurant, Wakame, at Downtown, Dubai, Gyuto offers a fresh and innovative approach to classic Japanese cuisine. Located in the vibrant surroundings of Al Liwan, it consistently welcomes over 450 local and international customers each week, totalling more than 20,000 visits since its inception.

Gyuto’s menu boasts an enticing selection of novel dishes; indulge in the exquisite flavours of Black Cod & Prawn Dim Sum, delicately infused with lemongrass, sesame oil and ponzu garlic, or savour the delightful Crispy Lobster Bao. Discover the enticing Japanese Yellowtail Sashimi, accompanied by a zesty jalapeño salsa, citrus soy and orange jelly, or relish in the fiery and unforgettable Firecracker Roses Maki, featuring succulent salmon roses, chopped spicy salmon and a crispy tempura crumb. The vegetarian menu offers delectable options, from Truffle Miso Mushroom to five speciality maki dishes, among others. Exquisite desserts such as the Miso Caramel Cheesecake and Chocolate Matcha Fondant are also served.
