“2023 was another year of growth for our region thanks to our exceptional Porsche product lineup, in conjunction with the efforts of our importers and staff,” said Dr Manfred Bräunl, CEO of Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE. “It was a busy year of exciting events and new product launches, as we celebrated 75 years of Porsche sports cars.”

The Cayenne held its position as the best-selling model, while the all-electric sports saloon, Taycan, enjoyed a remarkable 80% growth compared to the previous year.

The Icons of Porsche festival in Dubai, attended by over 27,000 fans, showcased the world premiere of the new Panamera and celebrated 75 years of Porsche sports cars and 60 years of the iconic 911 model. The Geneva International Motor Show in Qatar saw the regional premiere of the all-electric Mission X hypercar concept and the remarkable 911 S/T.

Additionally, a series of ‘Festival of Dreams’ events highlighted Porsche milestones, alongside facility openings and upgrades, including five new facilities in India in just one week.

Dr Bräunl anticipates an equally electrifying 2024 with major product launches, including the all-electric Macan and Taycan models and multiple facility openings. ✤
