From Mexican and sushi stations to pasta dishes cooked on the spot and a sumptuous carving area with your favourite meat cuts prepared by skilled chefs. There is also a wide variety of salads, seafood and warm dishes such as Indian curries and soups. For those with a sweet tooth out there, The Ritz-Carlton’s famous New York cheesecake and beautifully decorated lemon meringue tarts are presented in small bites, perfect to be paired with a warm cup of coffee. But if you like regional treats, a comforting bowl of Umm Ali and an indulgent sticky date pudding await you. Sweet lovers will also find cakes, fruits, chocolate surprises and more.
