Volkswagen launches new Teramont in Bahrain

Behbehani Brothers, the official distributor for Volkswagen in Bahrain, recently unveiled the new turbocharged Teramont at an event held in the Kingdom.

The latest Teramont is the dealership’s best-selling seven-seater SUV that’s perfect for families with a flair for adventure. The new model boasts a facelift and upgraded interior and exterior design elements, enhanced technology and premium materials for a more luxurious driving experience.

The vehicle introduces a fresh exterior design, featuring a wide chrome four-bar grille surrounded by LED headlights with Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS) as standard. Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) encircle the headlights and extend into an illuminated light-bar. At the rear, the larger spoiler elongates the roofline, helping create a sleek profile. All trims also offer new wheel designs ranging from 18 to 20 inches, with the R-line trims showcasing a gloss-black grille, 21-inch aluminium-alloy wheels and R-line badging.

The spacious interior features premium materials, ambient lighting and quilted leather seats. Comfort features further include a remote engine start, ventilated front seats and more. The 12-inch infotainment display, 10.25-inch Volkswagen Digital Cockpit Pro, wireless smartphone connectivity, wireless charging and multiple USB-C ports with fast charging help further upgrade the interiors. The Teramont is powered by a four-cylinder turbocharged TSI engine with 270hp and 370Nm of torque, ensuring power and improved fuel economy. While the IQ.Drive driver assistance technology is available on selected models, which provides advanced safety features for a secure driving experience.
