ZEEKR partners with Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons subsidiary to launch EVs in Bahrain

ZEEKR, a global premium electric mobility technology brand, has announced its association with Asia Motors, a division of Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons, to offer a diverse range of premium electric vehicles.

The brand recently held a press conference and media test drive at the Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort and Spa, which was attended by VIP guests.

In GCC countries, ZEEKR has debuted the ZEEKR 001, a full electric shooting brake that holds four Guinness World Records in the electric car category. It has also unveiled the ZEEKR X, an urban SUV designed for performance and style.

ZEEKR is committed to leading the electrification and innovation of the automobile industry. The company’s in-house R&D capabilities, combined with a deep understanding of products and high operational flexibility, allow for fast product development, launch and iteration, high energy density and excellent safety.

The ZEEKR Design centre, based in Gothenburg, Sweden, plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s distinctive aesthetic. Under the leadership of Stefan Sielaff, Deputy Senior Vice President for Design, the team focuses on creating a seamless interaction between people and their vehicles.
