Throughout July, Avli by tashas and Galaxy Bar invite you to explore and discover traditional Greek hospitality with a series of specially curated evenings. Via an eclectic mix of dining experiences, diners will be transported to iconic cultural hotspots in Greece, discovering the country’s best-kept secrets and hidden gems, hosted by Avlis’ founder, Natasha Sideris and her charismatic Avli family.

On Tuesday, July 14th, you are invited to a Greek grape and cheese pairing experience hosted by Head Sommelier, Ryan Mayman. Savour a selection of quality cheese, Mediterranean cold cuts and warm breads carefully partnered with a premium grape selection to illustrate flavours sourced directly from Greece. Upon departure, all guests will be gifted a jar of Greek honey and a bespoke cheese board to recreate the memorable experience at home.

In the adjoining Galaxy Bar, the holiday spirit prevails with an exclusive masterclass experience. On Wednesday, July 8th, visitors are encouraged to dress to impress while indulging in an indulgent set menu, showcasing the flavours of Avli, paired with world-class cocktails inspired by the animated atmosphere of the night.

Summer at Avli will conclude with a White Party on Tuesday, July 28th; a celebration of the white sandy beaches of the Cycladic Islands. On the night, you can enjoy a joyful journey through a set menu featuring fresh seafood dishes paired with authentic Greek grape, all set to an exclusive playlist by resident DJ Scarf. Guests will also be gifted with a Cycladic Island guide to inspire future summer travel.
