You are a recent arrival in your role. Please tell us what this entails?
In automotive, one of the primary roles is to ensure the success of the marketing activities of the brands in the market. To ensure that the overall plan is executed and to develop and direct the marketing efforts towards positioning the value, enhancing the performance of these premium brands and developing the brand’s image and unique value proposition compared to competitors. It is more than executing marketing campaigns; it is also about managing and developing the presence of the brands in the market and working with various departments to drive market growth. Strong analytical skills, business savvy and the ability to multitask are all essential.

What would you say is the best part of your job and why?
Being in this position has provided me with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the current and future products, especially with the direction towards EV. This has also resulted in increasing my ability to think creatively and innovatively with an increased level of professional judgement and discretion that stems from experience in the field.
I need analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges and have gained increased familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in the automotive sector. Moreover, being a Marketing Manager has helped in dealing with pressure at work and managing teamwork more effectively and efficiently, which is one of the essential factors for the success of the company and the presence of these brands in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Once you plant the teamwork seed into the team members, everything will go in harmony with the strategy of the company and your typical day at work will be a day of challenges, achievements and fun.

You represent three iconic brands, if you absolutely had to choose a favourite, which would it be?
BMW, BMW, BMW! My heart is always beating with BMW as one of the most iconic brands in the world. I still remember when I was a little kid dreaming of owning and driving a BMW one day, I couldn’t ask for something bigger than being responsible for BMW, Rolls-Royce and MINI and I was lucky that I got this opportunity to join a talented, dedicated and experienced team at Euro Motors. Being in this role has given me the opportunity to meet and work with different people from different backgrounds locally and internationally.
