Trèsind Studio represents an immersive and intimate affair, an exclusive chefs table experience that serves only twenty guests per dinner service. 

The restaurant which overlooks the Sheikh Zayed Road, it is a first-of-its-kind, modern Indian dining experience and with such a small capacity, exclusivity is at the heart of the Studio experience.

Chef Himanshu Saini and his team came up with the unique idea for Trèsind Studio, which is unlike any other dining room in Dubai. An intimate and exclusive venue created for culinary enthusiasts. At Trèsind Studio, the team has a lot more freedom, and creativity is allowed to run wild thanks to the small number of guests catered too during each sitting. 

The introductory menu, chapter one was a showcase of 18 innovative courses and represented the debut of the concept. Chapter two progressed into French classical cuisine with an Indian twist. Chapter three, Sasya, focused on the different representation of plants in each dish and mixed exquisite dishes with an interactive presentation.

Following the last few months of necessary quietness, the creative team at Trèsind Studio has been working hard on progressing with new and exciting ideas to their culinary canvas. They were so restless and enthusiastic that they considered the lock-down as an opportunity to work on a dream and bring to life their culinary vision.

The team at Trèsind Studio are now ready to break the silence and introduce the next chapter in their evolving culinary journey – Food Tuck. An exciting, true to heart and palate, spin on the food truck concept.  

Trèsind Studio will not be going on the roads with a food truck (although it would also be a great idea). Instead, they have recreated the food truck experience within the restaurant via a creative 14-dish menu priced at AED 276 per person.
