Founded by Le Cordon Bleu London graduate Nadia Parkeh, Mélange is a Dubai based home-grown small batch bakery specialising in gourmet desserts and bespoke cakes for all occasions. Everything is handmade and delivered fresh daily across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.

Priding themselves on nostalgic flavours, high-quality ingredients and a refined aesthetic, Mélange’s cheat worthy desserts are quite literally the stuff of dreams. Having made a name for herself with a range of towering cakes, that are as artistic as they are decadent, have to be seen to be believed.

Whatever sweet treat you are in the mood for Mélange has you covered! The classic cookie features chewy cookie dough, chocolate puddles and sea salt for balance and is a fan favourite, while the cheeky tart represents a play on peanut brittle with the addition of the all-mighty toasted sesame seed, combined with perfectly caramelised peanuts and chocolate to finish. The mouth-watering 2Faced is Mélange’s latest creation, presenting a ganache-like ‘mouthfeel’ with a rich chocolate flavour and homemade tahini swirl.

Keeping on-trend during the current COVID-19 pandemic, Mélange has created a range of quarantine cakes that can be sent to friends or loved ones to let them know you’re thinking of them. The 1.5kg chocolate salted caramel cakes feed up to 6 people and come with a range of humorous slogans iced on top such as ‘Habibi stay home’ ‘what day is it’ and ‘quarantine and chill.’
